Test Your Strength

Start here first.

*Final exercise of flutter kicks cuts out. Just set a timer for one minute to get your flutter kicks timed.

Revisit this video once monthly or every two weeks to track your gains in strength.

*The tracker is not attached, so simply grab a pen and paper.

*You will need a chair, a mat, and some dumbbells. Let's get started!
